1. About this policy
African Diaspora Fashion Sales Sprint (US Edition) is a digital toolkit for African diaspora fashion entrepreneurs selling to or operating in the U.S. market. It may include downloadable or accessible packs, templates, worksheets, scripts, checklists, guides, trackers, prompts, planners and other digital business resources.
This product is sold through creativefountain.co as a digital product. No physical product will be shipped.
We want customers to feel confident when buying online. At the same time, because this toolkit contains reusable digital materials and intellectual property that can be accessed, downloaded, copied, saved, adapted, or used shortly after purchase, refunds are available only in limited circumstances.

- using any part of the toolkit to plan, prepare, promote, sell, launch, organise, or manage a fashion sales campaign;
- sharing, forwarding, transferring, or making the toolkit materials available to another person; or
- otherwise substantially using or benefiting from the toolkit materials.
Creating a customer account alone does not necessarily defeat refund eligibility unless the toolkit files, download links, digital materials, or other product benefits have been accessed, downloaded, received, or used.
Once meaningful access, download, receipt, or use has occurred, cash refunds are generally not available, except where required by applicable law, where duplicate charge is confirmed, where we materially fail to provide the purchased toolkit, or where the toolkit materially differs from what was advertised and the issue cannot reasonably be corrected.
5. Access, download, and delivery problems
If you paid but did not receive access or cannot download the product, contact support@creativefountain.co with your order number, purchase email address, proof of payment, payment reference, and relevant screenshots.
Our first step will be to verify your order and resend, restore, activate, or provide access to the purchased toolkit where possible.
A refund may be considered where payment was confirmed, you contacted us with the correct order details, and we materially failed to provide access to the purchased digital product within a reasonable time after receiving your support request.
A refund will not be available where access failed because you supplied incorrect information, used an unsupported device or account, failed to follow product download or access instructions, failed to check spam, promotions, updates, or junk folders, experienced internet or device problems, used an unsupported browser or software environment, or did not contact us within a reasonable time.
This clause does not limit any mandatory legal rights available for non-delivery.
6. Faulty, unavailable, or materially misdescribed digital content
Nothing in this policy affects your legal rights where digital content is faulty, unavailable, not as described, not fit for purpose where applicable, or not supplied in accordance with applicable legal standards.
A refund, replacement, repair, price reduction, corrected file, replacement download link, access restoration, or other remedy may be considered or required where the digital content is unavailable, materially different from the product page or checkout description, faulty, or not supplied as purchased.
A toolkit will not be treated as materially misdescribed merely because you expected different sales results, did not use the materials, decided the toolkit was not suitable for your business after access, or wanted a different business outcome.
Creative Fountain may update, improve, or replace toolkit materials from time to time. Minor improvements, edits, formatting changes, file updates, platform changes, or equivalent replacement resources will not by themselves make the toolkit materially different from what was advertised.
7. No guaranteed sales, income, or business results

We do not guarantee that you will make any specific sales, revenue, profit, customers, followers, orders, business growth, engagement, enquiries, retail partnerships, press features, wholesale opportunities, or income.
Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your products, pricing, market, audience, customer base, offer, brand positioning, execution, consistency, sales effort, communication, advertising activity, product-market fit, delivery arrangements, payment processes, customer service, stock levels, and general business conditions.
Testimonials, examples, case studies, or customer stories, if used, are illustrative only. They do not represent typical, guaranteed, or expected results unless expressly stated with supporting information.
A refund will not be granted merely because you do not achieve expected sales, revenue, profit, customers, followers, orders, engagement, business growth, or income.
8. No-refund events
Subject to any mandatory legal rights that cannot legally be waived, refunds are not available after any of the following:
- downloading, opening, copying, saving, exporting, adapting, printing, or using templates, scripts, guides, worksheets, trackers, checklists, prompts, planners, packs, workbooks, PDFs, links, or other digital resources;
- receiving the toolkit or any part of it by website delivery, email, cloud link, platform delivery, download link, file transfer, customer account, product portal, or any other digital delivery method;
- accessing a digital download page, file link, cloud folder, restricted access page, customer account, product portal, or delivery platform where the toolkit is made available;
- using, copying, adapting, applying, or benefiting from the toolkit materials;
- sharing access or toolkit materials with another person;
- breaching product rules, website terms, or platform rules;
- misusing, reselling, distributing, publishing, uploading, transferring, or making the materials available to third parties;
- substantially receiving the main benefit of the toolkit; or
- filing a chargeback or payment dispute after receiving access or download without first contacting us, except in cases involving suspected fraud, unauthorised payment, duplicate payment, non-delivery, not-as-described goods, or wrongly processed transactions.
Where appropriate, we may offer a replacement file, updated download link, clarification, access support, store credit, or another non-cash remedy. These remedies are discretionary unless required by law or expressly promised in writing.
9. Payment plans, subscriptions, and recurring billing
If African Diaspora Fashion Sales Sprint (US Edition) is sold through a payment plan, the payment plan is a commitment to pay the full purchase price in scheduled instalments. A payment plan is not a subscription and is not a pay-as-you-go arrangement unless the checkout page expressly says otherwise.

A duplicate charge does not include separate instalments under a payment plan, renewal charges under a subscription, or separate purchases made by the customer.
Pending, failed, reversed, incomplete, declined, or unconfirmed payments do not qualify for toolkit access.
Where a payment provider, bank, card network, payment gateway, or payment processor deducts charges, any refund may be subject to lawful and reasonable deductions for transaction charges, currency conversion costs, transfer charges, bank charges, or payment-processing fees.
This clause does not limit any mandatory legal rights available for unauthorised charges or wrongly processed payments.
11. Failed payments and suspended access
If a payment fails, is reversed, is disputed, remains unpaid, or is subject to suspected fraud, we may suspend or restrict toolkit access until the issue is resolved.
Suspension of access does not waive any payment-plan amounts or other charges already owed, where applicable and lawful.

12. Breach, misuse, and shared access
Your purchase is for your own personal or internal business use only, unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
You must not share access details, distribute toolkit materials, copy templates for resale, upload materials publicly, give access to another person, use the materials to create a competing product, or use the materials in a way that infringes our rights or the rights of our licensors.
If you breach these rules, access may be suspended or terminated where technically possible, and no refund will be due, subject to any mandatory legal rights that cannot legally be waived.
Misuse of toolkit materials may also lead us to take steps to protect our intellectual property and commercial rights.
13. Chargebacks and payment disputes
If you have a concern about your purchase, contact us first at support@creativefountain.co so we can investigate and try to resolve the issue.
If you raise a chargeback, payment dispute, or processor dispute after access or download has been provided, we may suspend access while the dispute is active and may provide relevant evidence to the payment processor, card issuer, bank, payment platform, or dispute-resolution provider.
Relevant evidence may include order records, checkout acknowledgements, product page records, refund-policy version records, payment records, digital delivery records, download records where available, access records where available, email communications, support communications, refund-policy acknowledgements where available, and other evidence relevant to the dispute.
This clause does not prevent you from exercising any statutory rights or raising a legitimate payment dispute.

- your refund reason;

- details and screenshots of any access, download, delivery, or file problem, where applicable.
We may request additional information reasonably needed to assess your refund request.
We may review order records, checkout records, delivery records, download records where available, payment records, access records where available, support messages, and other relevant records to assess whether applicable law or this policy requires a refund.
15. Refund processing
Approved refunds will usually be processed to the original payment method where reasonably possible.
Processing times depend on banks, card networks, payment processors, payment gateways, and payment platforms.
We are not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, currency conversion, card issuers, payment gateways, or incorrect payment details after the refund has been processed by us.
Where the original payment was made in a currency other than your local currency, the refunded amount may be affected by exchange rates, payment processor fees, or bank charges. We do not control those charges.
